Kendrix Technologies was founded from the growth of long-time regional brands Fitch, Gteck, and Citiloc. Combined, these entities served their regional markets with steady trust to its people, partners, and clients alike. As part of Kandor Management, our regional momentum took flight and needed national rocket fuel, and just like that, Kendrix Technologies was born.
As a brand, we want to evoke stability, precision, modernity and trust while acknowledging a quiet nod to the Kandor Management, along with the partnership we hold with our sister companies Guardteck and Everclean. Kendrix is like a fictional city you have been waiting to escape to, but instead, you escape to an integrator who truly brings something different. We believe in quiet confidence, the kind that comes from mastery, not noise. Our people don’t chase complexity for its own sake; they pursue clarity, reliability, and solutions that stand the test of time.

2005
Humble beginnings as a solo entrepreneur, Seth launches a security company from his family basement.
2015
The company expands throughout Western Canada, becoming the leading security provider in Alberta and BC.
2018
Thanks to a reputation for reliable service and a partnership approach, the company does Canada wide, and launches sub-brands, Everclean and parent company, Kandor.
2019
Mixed-use properties and major commercial towers start to make Guardteck their go-to provider.
2021
Guardteck acquires Fitch Security Integration, gaining a new regional office in Toronto and a host of new capabilities for serving post-secondary businesses.
2023
The Gteck brand launches with a powerful new offering: full security integration services for high-rise commercial, residential, and smart buildings, including security personnel.
