Carthy brings over 25 years of experience building and scaling security and building systems integration businesses, with a career defined by a singular philosophy: that lasting growth is built on strong relationships, the right people, and intentional strategy. He joins Kendrix at a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory as it deepens its presence in key markets and expands its portfolio of long-term client partnerships.
